Investigative referencing of potential tenants ability to pay rent - We care who we place into your property. We want to do everything possible to help ensure your property is let successful. We go beyond the standard surface layer of credit scoring. We review how the Tenant will pay the rent and afford to live and look after your property. We cross reference all documents to find out where their money is coming from to minimise risks. We ask ourselves if we would want that tenant in our own property? Only when the answer is Yes do we let them into yours. As a family business we are only successful when you are.
